 We love virtual sessions for 90% of what we need in order to reach our therapy goals. But meeting in our office offers us functional "conditions for growth" (TM absolute favorite psychologist Carl Rogers) to take us that extra mile. People tend to know instinctively that it's okay to take off shoes, grab a snack, punch the punching bag or snuggle up in a blanket pretty much immediately.
