Rachel McCarron is a licensed clinical social worker. She works with children, adolescents, and young people struggling with ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, difficulty making friends/social skills, adjusting to life changes, and more. Rachel is passionate about helping individuals explore their emotions, increase their ability to cope with challenges, and understand their own patterns of thinking and behavior. Rachel uses warmth, humor, and compassion to connect with clients, providing them with a safe-space to explore their feelings. Rachel’s therapeutic approach includes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and expressive play to help clients reach their goals.
